Creating an Account

If you don’t already have an account, you can register on our website here: https://www.creatabeauty.com/account/register or call us 306-931-2501 for assistance.

Creata Beauty uses the same online system for in-store purchases and trade shows, if you have purchased in-store but do not have access to your online account, please contact us at orders@creatabeauty.com to update your email address. Creata Beauty reserves the right to correct or cancel any orders due to website malfunction or technical errors. We are not responsible for any technical or pricing errors.

Creata Beauty reserves the right to disable or suspend any account, without notice for verbal abuse, bullying and harassment, hate speech, or counterfeit accounts.

Professional Only Policy

Creata Beauty is a professional only wholesaler. We require proof of certification or business ownership. This can be emailed to register@creatabeauty.com

 Please note that orders for gel or acrylic nail products require Nail Technician certification, and orders for lash extension products require Lash Technician certification. Accounts must be approved manually and may take 24-48 business hours.

Accounts are for the professional account holder only and are not to be shared. Salon owners can contact us at orders@creatabeauty.com or phone 306-931-2501 to add employees who are allowed to order on their behalf. Sharing your account information with others may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

 

Student Accounts

Esthetics students may set up accounts before completing their studies. To complete their registration, students must send in proof of their enrolment containing the name of the institution, the date of enrolment or expected completion, the name of the course, and the student’s name. Students have one year to send in their completed certification before purchasing privileges may be revoked.

Creata Beauty students have 12 months to complete their studies, our education team can be contacted directly at education@creatabeauty.com to make up classes and schedule exam rewrites.

Back order Policy

Creata Beauty tries to keep all our products in-stock on a regular basis, and our inventory up-to-date and accurate. Due to the large volume of sales and shipping delays from vendors, stock may get depleted or inventory may contain errors. Regularly stocked items may still be purchased when they are out of stock. Customer Service will contact you if any items on your order are out of stock. We are happy to put you on a backorder list and contact you by phone or email when the product arrives.

*All back orders will be sent out via STANDARD GROUND shipping unless other shipping arrangement have been made.*

 

Return Policy

Unused and unopened items purchased from Creata Beauty may be returned to Creata Beauty for store credit or refund, given that your returned item meets the criteria listed below:

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice received in person or in your shipment.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and include original packaging. AND UNOPENED. 
  • Returns must be made within 7 of delivery of your shipment, or 7 days past the date on your invoice or sales receipt. If you are unable to return product to our Saskatoon showroom within this time period, please contact us to notify us of your return.
  • We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Creata Beauty.
  • A re-stocking fee of up to 20% applies to all returns.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item being returned is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered by the customer. 

 

RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED VIA EMAIL before it is shipped. Any unauthorized returns are not the responsibility of Creata  

Shipping & Pick Up

Although Creata Beauty is located in Saskatoon, products are shipped all over Canada and United States on a daily basis. Most orders are shipped by Canada Post, but there are options available for upgraded shipping rates.

Orders placed (and Paid in full) after 2:00 PM CST may not leave our warehouse until the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online.

*All shipping rates in Canada and the United States are calculated at checkout.*

Within Canada:

Orders over $150 qualify for FREE regular shipping within Canada (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). *Exceptions apply to orders that are overweight, oversized and that are in remote locations. Extra shipping charges will be reflected during the check-out process.* 

Within United States:

All customers orders from the United States are responsible for paying all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and fees that may apply.

We make every effort to save you time and make your shopping experience more convenient. We are also constantly seeking to improve the layout and operation of can-west.ca based on the areas people visit, enjoy, and use most. We may occasionally wish to notify you about important changes to our website, new services, and special offers we think you might find valuable.

 

How does Creata Beauty protect the information we collect?

When you place orders, the information is sent via a secure connection which protects all the information you send to us so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Once your information arrives safely at can-west.ca, it is carefully stored and protected against unauthorized access.

 

Does Creata Beauty share the information it collects with others?

Creatabeauty.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside parties. We have no intention of ever sharing your personal information with anyone other than ourselves. Your personal information is your own and you make a decision to share it with us when you order products from us. We will inform you if we do share your personal information with a third party prior to releasing that information. The only circumstance that your information would be shared is if we were to be purchased as a company by a third party. Under this circumstance, your information would be part of that transaction.
