Shipping & Pick Up
Although Creata Beauty is located in Saskatoon, products are shipped all over Canada and United States on a daily basis. Most orders are shipped by Canada Post, but there are options available for upgraded shipping rates.
Orders placed (and Paid in full) after 2:30 PM CST may not leave our warehouse until the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online.
Pickup in store (Saskatoon, SK):
When orders are picked up at Creata Beauty, they must be paid and inspected for damages before leaving the premises. Any furniture and equipment must be fully inspected by a manager of Creata Beauty and the customer picking up the products. Creata Beauty is not liable to any damages incurred after pick-up. Damages occurring to furniture after pick-up are not refundable.

Orders over $150 (after discounts and before tax) qualify for FREE regular shipping within Canada. *Exceptions apply to orders that are overweight, oversized and that are in remote locations. Extra shipping charges will be reflected during the check-out process.*
Within United States:
All customers orders from the United States are responsible for paying all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and fees that may apply.
The shipping rate selected during checkout will cover the costs of the first shipment only. Any back-ordered items from that order will be sent out by the preferred method of Creata Beauty, unless otherwise arranged.
