COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses, and on supply chains. 

Here at CanWest we have been closely monitoring the developing impact of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), therefore, we would like to update you on the safety measures we have implemented, as well as the impact the high volume of orders is having on our standard delivery times and product availability.

Your health and well-being, and that of our employees, is our #1 priority. We are taking the following precautions to ensure we can continue to uphold our responsibility to you:

- High sanitation standards in our showroom and warehouse, with increased sanitation and hand washing protocols.

- To facilitate social distancing, we will be closing our showroom effective Friday March 20th, 2020 until at least until April 4th, 2020. We will continue to monitor this and may shorten this time or extend it further.

- We will still be fulfilling online orders during this time.  Local orders can be placed online in Saskatoon, Warman and Martinsville will be free shipping until April 4th. (just select pickup online)

- To help on the impact of this we are also lowering our FREE shipping to all orders over $99.

Currently, demand in our warehouse is exceptionally high and you may experience longer delivery times than our standard. You may also see that some products are not available or are taking longer than usual to be back in stock. We are making every effort to ensure the products you need are available and we are working closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to meet your needs and to get your order out as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
