Shipping & Pick Up
Although Creata Beauty is located in Saskatoon, products are shipped all over Canada, United States and Australia on a daily basis. Most orders are shipped by Canada Post or by UPS.
Orders placed (and Paid in full) after 2:00 PM CST may not leave our warehouse until the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online.

Orders over $99 qualify for FREE regular shipping within Canada (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). *Exceptions apply to orders that are overweight, oversized and that are in remote locations (max weight of 35lbs for UPS and 20lbs for Canada Post). Extra shipping charges will be reflected during the check-out process.*
Within United States:
Overs over $200 qualify for FREE regular shipping to the USA(after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). *Exceptions apply to orders that are overweight, oversized and that are in remote locations (max weight of 30lbs). Extra shipping charges will be reflected during the check-out process.* .
All customers orders from the United States are responsible for paying all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and fees that may apply.
