AS A REMINDER :: due to cold temperatures below freezing, do not open products for 6-12 hours so they can warm to room temperature. Items opened when still frozen will not be covered under warranty.
Shipping & Pick Up
Although Creata Beauty is located in Saskatoon, products are shipped all over Canada, United States and Australia on a daily basis. Most orders are shipped by Canada Post or by UPS.
Orders placed (and Paid in full) after 2:00 PM CST may not leave our warehouse until the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online.

Within Canada:
Orders over $99 qualify for FREE regular shipping within Canada (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). *Exceptions apply to orders that are overweight, oversized and that are in remote locations (max weight of 35lbs for UPS and 20lbs for Canada Post). Extra shipping charges will be reflected during the check-out process.*
Within United States:
Overs over $200 qualify for FREE regular shipping to the USA(after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). *Exceptions apply to orders that are overweight, oversized and that are in remote locations (max weight of 30lbs). Extra shipping charges will be reflected during the check-out process.* .
All customers orders from the United States are responsible for paying all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and fees that may apply.
*ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THE ORDER. ANY DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED TO OUR SALES TEAM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PACKAGE DELIVERY.*
All damaged, missing or warranty items must be reported within 7 days via our online request form found here.
Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For the safety of our clients and our staff, due to covid 19, no returns are allow or accepted at this time. SORRY but no refunds on any item order in error.
Unused and unopened items purchased from Creata Beauty may be returned to Creata Beauty for store credit or refund, given that your returned item meets the criteria listed below:
- All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice received in person or in your shipment.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition and include original packaging. AND UNOPENED.
- Returns must be made within 7 of delivery of your shipment, or 7 days past the date on your invoice or sales receipt. If you are unable to return product to our Saskatoon showroom within this time period, please contact us to notify us of your return.
- We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Creata Beauty.
- A re-stocking fee of up to 25% applies to all returns.
- All sales items are not returnable
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item being returned is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered by the customer.
