4.1 Warnings and Messages
AS A REMINDER :: due to cold temperatures below freezing, do not open products for 6-12 hours so they can warm to room temperature. Items opened when still frozen will not be covered under warranty.
4.2 Shipping Cut-offs
Although Creata Beauty is in Saskatoon & Langley, products are shipped all over Canada & United States daily. Most orders are shipped by UPS or Canada Post.
Orders placed (and paid in full) after 3:00 PM MST may not leave our warehouse until the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online.

4.4 Shipping Rate Calculation
All Rates are calculated from actual UPS or Canada Post rates to your location. Creata beauty has two locations that will ship products to you. If all items in your cart are coming from one location, then there will be one shipping charge at checkout. If there are items that are being shipped from 2 locations, then you will see one rate with two shipping charges combined.
4.5 Shipping Discounts Within Canada
All Shipping discounts are calculated before taxes and after any coupons/item discounts.
There are four tiers of discounts that will be applied to your checkout shipping rates. The first tier is a maximum discount of $20 CAD, to receive this discount you cart total must be over $150 CAD. The second tier is a maximum discount of $30 CAD, to receive this discount you cart total must be over $200 CAD. The third tier is a maximum discount of $50 CAD, to receive this discount you cart total must be over $400 CAD. The fourth tier is a maximum discount of $70 CAD, to receive this discount you cart total must be over $1000 CAD.
Note: Shipping discounts will not apply to Case Lots and Custom Order products.
4.6 Shipping Discounts Outside of Canada (USA)
All Shipping discounts are calculated before taxes and after any coupons/item discounts.
Orders over $150 USD will received a maximum discount of $25 CAD towards their shipping total.
All customers from the United States are responsible for paying all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and fees that may apply.
4.7 VIP Express Shipping Option
Creata Beauty offers a VIP Shipping option for fast shipping to skip the order line up. This shipping rate is calculated at checkout and is non-refundable. You may request a refund if the order is not shipped out in the following time frame:
Monday - Friday 9AM to 3PM MST (If in this time frame your order will ship out 1hr after payment is completed)
